These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the PropBet platform (propbet.im) and its users. By registering on PropBet or using the platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to users based in Bangladesh. PropBet has prepared these Terms in Bengali, with special attention to the Bangladeshi market.
Important: Using the platform without reading these Terms means you will not be able to claim you "didn't know" later on. It is in your own best interest to read them thoroughly from the start.
The core purpose of these Terms is to ensure a fair, transparent, and mutually respectful relationship between PropBet and its members. We believe that clear rules make for a better experience for everyone.
Registration and participation in betting activities on PropBet is strictly for users aged 18 and above. PropBet reserves the right to cancel any minor's account without prior notice and forfeit the associated balance.
Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, mobile number, or device is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing a false name, date of birth, or contact details may result in your account being suspended or terminated at any time.
Please note: The mobile number used during registration will be the one used for withdrawals. Providing an incorrect number may cause issues later — make sure your details are accurate from the start.
Before your first withdrawal, PropBet verifies your identity. This requires a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with proof of ownership of your mobile banking number. The process is typically completed within 24 hours.
PropBet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are typically instant, though network delays may occasionally extend processing time up to 30 minutes.
Once a deposit has been made and betting activity has begun, refunds are generally not available. However, in the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate deposit, PropBet will proactively rectify the issue.
A welcome bonus is available to new members. To use this bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met — typically between 5x and 10x. If the bonus is not used within the set time limit after being credited (generally 30 days), it will expire.
Weekly cashback is determined by the member's VIP tier. Cashback is credited to your account by Monday night and can be withdrawn after just 1x wagering.
Warning: If bonus abuse is detected — including bonus hunting or claiming from multiple accounts — the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.
Winnings from free bets are not paid out as direct cash — specific wagering requirements must first be met. Free bets are generally non-transferable and may be restricted to certain markets.
A bet is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by PropBet. If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, PropBet reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake.
Odds change quickly in live betting. If the odds shift between the time you submit your bet and the time the system confirms it, PropBet will either accept the bet at the updated odds or cancel it and return your stake.
If a match is fully cancelled, all bet stakes are refunded. For partially completed matches, internationally recognised rules (such as the Duckworth-Lewis method) apply.
There is a maximum win cap per single bet. This limit varies by sport and market. VIP members are entitled to higher limits.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended, the balance forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
PropBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms.
You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closure. You may also request self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

PropBet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page always reflects the most recent change. It is good practice to check this date each time you visit the platform.
